📚 Book Payment and Collection Schedule Academic Year 2025

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the start of the new academic year, we would like to inform you about the schedule for book payment and collection for the Academic Year 2025. Please kindly take note of the following details:

🗓️ Schedule

Dates: 9th – 14th May 2025
Time: 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Note: The school will be closed on Sunday, 11th May 2025 and no services will be available on that day.

📌 Programme Details & Collection Locations

1. Kindergarten (TP & EP)

Location: Building 2 (Please use the side door entrance)
Parents of students in both Thai Programme (TP) and English Programme (EP) at the Kindergarten level are invited to collect textbooks and learning materials during the specified dates and time.

2. Thai Programme (Primary & Secondary)

Location: Building 1, Room 118
Programme Fee: 2,400 THB (flat fee for all grade levels)
This fee includes textbooks, learning materials, and student activity support for the entire academic year.

3. English Programme (Primary & Secondary)

Location: Building 2 (In front of the Academic Office)
Book Payment: Based on the student’s grade level. A detailed price list will be available at the collection point.
Please bring exact payment if possible to facilitate smooth service.

📄 Important Notes for All Parents

Please retain the official receipt after payment, as it will be required for verification on the first day of school.
If another person (relative or guardian) is coming to collect the books on your behalf, please ensure they bring your child's full name, class, and payment amount.
We kindly request all parents to complete the book collection process within the given schedule to ensure your child is fully prepared for the start of the academic term.
